Rostov is coming from a hard and difficult match against Rubin. They have managed to get a draw in a game which ended without goals. Now, there are facing with an even harder game for them because they are hosting Bayern Munich. The home team has lots of problems in his game, defense is not playing well, the offense is struggling and their best part, the midfield, is without any creation when they are playing in Europe. They’re still having a chance to qualify for Europa League because they and PSV Eindhoven are both having just one point. If by any chance Rostov FC manages to stay unbeaten in this game it will be a huge sensation and it will help them enormously in their conquest for Europa League. The Russian team didn’t show anything in this year’s Champions League competition. Apart from the 30 minutes against PSV Eindhoven and Azomun’s goal in Madrid, we haven’t seen much from them.
if they continue to play like this a disaster against Bayern Munich is inevitable. We know that their defense is pretty unsure when it comes to constant pressure from the opponent’s attacking side and this is exactly what the German team is doing. Up front, strikers are also in a bad form. It is because they have no support from midfield players and they are alone against the whole defense.

Possible lineups: Dzhanaev;Mevlja, Granat, Navas;Ezatolahi, Erokhin, Noboa, Gatcan, Kalachev;Poloz, Azmoun

Bench: Komissarov, Medvedev,Gueye,Terentjev, Bayramyan, Doumbia, Kireev, Prepelita

Bayern Munich is not convincing as in past several years, It seems like Carlo Ancelotti has made some changes that are not very good at this point. Something is missing in their game. Don’t get me wrong they are absolute favorites before this game and everything besides scoring at least three goals in Rostov’s net will be a huge surprise. They have qualified for the next phase and this game will be a pure formality. Bayern is facing a lot of problems. Many players are injured starting with Manuel Neuer , Robben, Javi Martinez, Coman, Vidal, and also, they have lost this weekend in German derby against Borussia Dortmund. Second place in the Bundesliga is the main proof that something is wrong in their game. Maybe they are still adapting to Carlo Ancelotti’s style of game because the Italian coach has different football philosophy than Guardiola. When it comes to this game, everything is perfectly clear. Bayern will impose his style of play meaning that from the first minute of the game they will try to score and to put an end to this match really fast. All this in order not to lose much energy or to pick up some injury. Ancelotti is known for his desire to play safe games and if Bayern comes up with an early start lead, he will probably slow the pace of the game down. We will see who is going to be in starting lineup because of many injured players and we are pretty sure that the Italian will try something new in his game. That is a chance for the players who have been playing a small role so far. Apart from their reputation, they need a victory because of the race for the first place in the group. Atletico de Madrid on top and Bayern is second. The Spanish team will be playing Munich in the last round of group stage and that game will decide who will be the winner of the group.

Possible lineups: Ulreich; Alaba, Hummels, Boateng, Lahm; Thiago, Alonso, Sanches; Douglas Costa, Lewandowski, Müller

Bench: Badstuber, Juan Bernat, Rafinha,Julian Green, Ribery

Manager: Carlo Ancelotti

It is obvious that this game will be one-sided. Bayern is a much better team and has more quality than Rostov. The only thing that could be a real problem for the German team is the weather, because, at this time in Russia, the winter is lowering the temperature to 10 or 15 degrees below zero. Anything but a dominant performance by Bayern and winning with at least three goals will be a surprise. We think that Rostov will not score and if you want your money, you should play on Germans to win with a handicap.
